Registration for football and cheering for the Fall of 2011 is now open. Our online registration is much easier this year. Just click on the link below for our 2011 Registration form and you will complete it right on our website. No more downloading a .pdf form and then having to attach it to an email. We hope you find the new process more convenient.

In order to register, the first step is to

You will get a confirmation email within a few minutes of completing the form if you have done so correctly.
In order to finish your registration, your second step is to mail:
1. A check for the registration fee;
2. A doctor’s note stating that your child can play football/cheer (unless your child is a returning player and your prior note is less than a year old); and
3. If your child is a new player, a copy of your child’s birth certificate (does not have to be certified)

If you would prefer, you can bring the payment doctor’s note or birth certificate to camp or equipment issue. You can also email the doctor’s note and birth certificate to registrar@bayfl.org.
